Consultations

This involves four on-site consultations with meeting slots offered to you via email. We will support you every stage and you will have direct contact with your builder Liam Marshall to ensure that your journey is as relaxed as possible.

  1. Initial Consultation to meet Liam to discuss design requirements, block details, budget forecast and the inclusions that we offer.
  2. Concept Proposal is a custom designed concept of your dream home that is suited to your budget. This includes a detailed initial estimate based on your concept plans.
  3. Preliminary Building Agreement includes architectural drawings, BASIX report, specialist reports, site inspection and engineering design. All of this enables us to provide you with a fixed price tender proposal. We will also liaise with council to have your plans approved as a part of the Development Application process.
  4. Fixed Price Construction Proposal is the final consultation before construction commences. You will be provided with a fixed price contract to sign and can have any questions answered.
